Full Job Description
  • To provide support to Supply and Distribution Team and to carry out a range of administrative duties in support of the Function.
  • Attending the visitors, security checks if needed.
  • Process Low Value Purchase Order on SAP.
  • Coordinate the receipt, distribution and dispatch of Mail/Couriers.
  • Monitor the printing, stamping and dispatching of Marine Delivery Receipts and Delivery Note Books.
  • Timely providing the supporting documents for releasing the invoices in the SAP workflow.
  • Ensure the office and workplace resources are maintained in good order and supplies replenished.
  • Maintain the office facility in coordination with building maintenance and contractors (Cleaning/AC/fire extinguisher/Server room)
  • Opening the office and supervising the cleaning / sanitizing.
  • Receiving the deliveries from the vendors.
  • 3P invoice checking with contract/ PO and GL / Cost Center coding for payment process.
  • Update distribution expense excel sheet for all vendor after approval and Scanning.
  • Preparing shipping document/legalizing
  • Coordinates with Intertek for the inspection and certificate of conformity.
  • Checking of Supply & Distribution Invoices and Posting Service Entry sheet on SAP.
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Graduate, computer literate Office Administration, Knowledge of Microsoft Office or 360, flexible hours (early start)
